COOPER — Nolan Hendricks, 86, of Cooper died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 8, at Birchwood Manor Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at the Oaklawn Cemetery with Henry Suche officiating. Delta Funeral Home, has charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hendricks was born in Charleston on Aug. 27,1902, a son of Ed Henry and Nina Akard Hendricks. He was a retired painter.
Surviving are a brother, John G. Hendricks of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Galen Taylor of Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Wade Bledsoe of Cooper; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Earl Hendricks of Commerce.
The' family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
