to my brother JAMES HERBERT slaves negro man Sharper & boy Joe & boy Will and a negro wench Peg and all her increase and all my silver plate vizt : 12 large table spoons, 1 soup spoon, 12 tea spoons, 1 tea strainer, 4 salt stands, & glasses for do., and 4 salt shovels for do., one milk pott, 1 pair sugar tongs, and one seal skin trunk and 1 middle size looking glass with guilt frame, 1 carved Mah- ogany bedstead compleat with suite of red & white curtains and 1 bed quilt to suite the curtains and 1 bed and furniture, 1 tea shist, 1 tea table, 1 case of knives & forks with white ivory handles containing 2 dozn. 1 sett of Tongs & Shovel, 1 pair of fire dogs

to my brother HENRY HERBERT my negro girl Betty with her future increase, 6 mahogany chairs and 1 armed do with hair bottoms and 2 mahogany tables and small looking glass with guilt frame but in case my brother HENRY should depart this life without heir I give the above negro Betty and her future increase and all the furniture which I have given my brother HENRY I give the same to my brother JAMES HERBERT and his heirs forever
