Biography
Alfred was born in 1779. He passed away in 1859. Alfred Hester was born in 1779 in Pickens, South Carolina, his father, Abraham, was 29 and his mother, Sarah, was 29. He married Edith Catherine "Eady" Keith on August 5, 1820, in his hometown. They had four children during their marriage. He died in 1859 in Pumpkintown, South Carolina, having lived a long life of 80 years, and was buried there
