Biography
William was born in 1892. He was the son of William Higginson and Emma Graves. He first married Lena Ford and had a daughter named Florience. He then married Pansie Alcott Bowness and moved to Clinton NJ. He was killed in a construction accident on April 16, 1959 while building a bridge on Route 20.
