Birth and Parents: Paul Robert Hildreth was born on 31 July 1927 in Phenix City, Lee or Russell County, Alabama (Phenix City straddles two counties.) He was the son of Thomas Morton Hildreth (1892-1968) and Pauline D. (Harrell) Hildreth (1899-1975). He was a twin to his sister Pauline Hildreth (1927-2014).
