This marriage was solemnized between us (X-his mark) William Hiscock, Elizabeth Tibbs. In presence of us – Thomas Notham, (X-his mark) James Walters."^[3]

Note

I find no birth or baptism records, in either FamilySearch birth records, or the relevant parish baptism records to support the idea of another William Hiscock, b. 1828^[4][5]. So I merged the profiles. If there are documents supporting a second William, we can add him again.
