Elizabeth Hitchens was the daughter of Richard Hitchens, as reported in the marriage documents.
Marriage
Elizabeth Hitchens married[1] Thomas Baker on 25 May 1595 in Plymouth: St Andrew, Devon.
When George Acworth dies in Plymouth in 1593, his children (Anne - born 1576, Edward - born 1578, John - born 1580 , Gregory - born 1582 and Mary - born 1583 are taken in by Elizabeth and Thomas Baker. George Acworth is thought[2] to have been married perhaps to a sister of Elizabeth. She is said later to be a close relative to John Acworth.
Death
John Acworth and Thomas Baker (probably son of Thomas) travel to London in 1600. Elizabeth may have died.
