Gladis Personett Mrs. Gladis PERSONETT, 92, former Argos resident, died at 2:25 a.m. today in the Parkview hospital in Plymouth. Mrs. Personett had been a resident of the Miller nursing home in Plymouth two years. She was born Dec. 22, 1884 in Green township to William and Alice HENDRICKS HITTLE. Her marriage was in 1914 to Lott Sandy PERSONETT. He died in 1947. She had spent most of her life in the Argos area and taught school in Green township 10 years. She attended Rochester Normal college and was a member of the Argos Congregational Christian church. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Merrill (Iva) MURPHY, Avon Park, Fla., who was a former resident of R.R. 3, Rochester. Twelve brothers and sisters preceded in death. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Argos Congregational church. The Rev. Frank VALERIANO will officiate. Burial will be in the Jordon cemetery southwest of Argos. Friends may call at the Grossman funeral home in Argos after 2 p.m. Thursday until 11 a.m. Friday and at the church one hour prior to services.
