Biography

Thomas was born in Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire and was baptised there on 12 December 1732. He was the son of John Hobill and Elizabeth Sutton ^[1].

On 3 January 1765 he married Elizabeth Woodford at Shearsby, Leicestershire ^[2]. Their children were: * William, 1767, Braunstone, Leicestershire.
