• Transcription of obituary:^[5] Mrs. Althea Hodson Hollenkamp of Indianapolis died Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at St. Vincent Hospice. She was 90. She was a graduate of Huntington College where she earned her degree in music. She was an accomplished pianist and organist and she retired as a piano teacher. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church, Eagle Creek Ladies Golf Group, South Grove Ladies Golf Group, a volunteer for Eagle Creek Nature Center and Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Mrs. Hollenkamp was preceded in death by her husband Wilfred Bernard Hollenkamp. She is survived by her children Merrilee Salmon of Pittsburg, PA, Nicholas C. Hollenkamp of Dayton, OH, Judith A. McGinley of Calabasa Park, CA, Charlotte A. Huebler of Scottsdale, AZ, and Laurie L. James of Overland Park, KS, two sisters Ruth McClain and Faye L. Wright and a brother Austin L. Hodson, seventeen grandchildren, and thirty five great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass was Thursday July 19th, 2007 at St. Monica Catholic Church 6131 North Michigan Road. Entombment: Our Lady of Peace Catholic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to either the St. Vincent Hospice or Hospice of Central Indiana CO Cynthia 7-B Manor Drive P.O. Box 627 Danville, IN 46122. Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center Washington Park North handled the arrangements.
