Biography
Samuel Hollon is a Military Veteran. Served in the American Civil War
He served the Confederate States of America during the Civil War. He was a Private in Marshall's 17th Tennessee Artillery. He was captured in Salisbury, North Carolina in February 1865. He was taken to Camp Chase and was there til the end of the war. [1]
He died, at the age of 54, on January 14, 1901 in Autauga County, Alabama. He is buried at the Old Kingston Cemetery, Prattville, Autauga County, Alabama.[2]
