Biography

James Holmes was present at the wedding of his father Clement Holmes, widower, and Véronique (Huart) Huard, widow of Laurent Loisel, who were married on 12 December 1842 at New Carlisle. Also present was Jacques Loisel, brother-in-law of the bride.[1]
