Biography
Susan Theresa Hood was born September 24, 1816 in Pennsylvania, the daughter of Nathaniel P. Hood and Harriet Elizabeth Heydrick. She married James M. Aspden (1823-1893) who was born in England. They had at least one child. Susan passed away December 23, 1899 and was buried near her husband at Evergreen Cemetery, Camden, New Jersey.

ASPDEN - On December 23, 1899, Susan T., widow of James Aspden, in her 84th year. The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services, on Thursday afternoon, December 28, at 1 o'clock, at her son's (Mr. Charles H. Aspden) residence, No. 275 Chestnut street, Camden, N. J. Interment private at Evergreen Cemetery.
