Biography
Annatje was born in 1759. She was a daughter of Theunis Hoogteeling and Elisabeth Beekman.[1] She was baptized on January 28, 1759 at the Dutch Reformed Church at Kingston, Ulster County, New York with Jeremia and Annaatje Hoogteeling as witnesses.[2].
She married Dirck van Steenbergh on October 25th, 1779 at Kingston, Ulster County, New York.[3].
Research Notes
Annatje is noted as having died on 12 December 1853 according to several family trees on Ancestry.com. No evidence or sources have been found to support this.
