Biography
Herbert was born in 1840. He is the son of John Horne and Caroline Horne. [1] He was baptised on 9 FEB 1840 in Temple Grafton, Warwick, England by parents John and Caroline. [2]
On 26 December 1865 Herbert married Sarah Ann Press in Birmingham. Herbert was a Policeman, his father John was a labourer, Sarah Ann's father William was an Engine Driver. [3]
In 1911 Herbert and Sarah Ann were living near Swindon in Wiltshire. He was a retired Railway Guard. [4]
Herbert died aged 87 in 1927. His death was registered in Swindon. [5]
