Biography
Katy (Howard) Phillips is a part of US Black heritage.
Katy was born in 1894. She was the daughter of Silas Howard and Mattie Taylor. [1]
Katy married Frank Phillips in Anderson County, Texas in 1912.[2] In 1920 they were living with 3 children in Anderson County.[3] In 1940 they had ten children in their household in Anderson County.[4]
She passed away in 1942. She was buried in Lawrence Cemetery in Palestine, Texas.[5]
