Born in Rumford, Oxford, Maine, the son of John L. and Augusta Maria (Glines) Howe on 8 Feb 1864.[1] Married Annie E. Abbott 4 Mar 1909.[2] Had two children born in Rumford, Clara Augusta Howe, born 1911 and John Howe, born 1914.[3]
