Biography
Hannah Howell was born in 1864 in Warrington , Lancashire, England.[1] She was the daughter of John Howell and Emma Eld and grew up in Warrington. The family lived in Pembertons Yard Winwick Road Warrington. She was a fustian cutter. [2]
She married Alfred Whittaker [3]
