John Howell was born in West Bromwich Staffordshire England in 1836. [1]
He married Emma Eld in 1861 and the marriage was registered in Wolstanton, Staffordshire.
By 1871 John and Emma had moved to Warrington and were living at Pemberton's Yard Winwick Road Warrington Lancashire with 3 children. He was a 'bolter down in an iron works' [1]
