Jean Ross Howie was born about 1917 in Falkirk, Scotland, daughter of Robert Wyllie Howie (1888 - 1947) and Ann Stewart Forbes (~1888 - 1964).[1]
Her brother was William Forbes Howie DL JP (1920 - 2000).
Jean married John Baxter McMillan (1912 - ) on 31 Dec 1940 in Scotland. Their son was Anthony Robert McMillan OBE (1950 - 2022).
Jean's marriage to Ian Baxter McMillan was registered in 1941 in the Falkirk district.[2]
