Hannah Elizabeth (Hughson) Laidley was born in 1820 in Frontenac, Upper Canada. She was the daughter of David Hughson and Catherine (Buck) Hughson. She married John Hewitt Laidley on February 2, 1837 in Kingston, Frontenac County, Ontario. Together, they had thirteen children. John passed away in 1863. She passed away in 1888[1] in Frontenac, Ontario, Canada.
