Biography

According to veterans records, Wesley Huguenin first enlisted in 1942. Lt Huguenin served with the 303rd Bomb Group of the Eighth Air Force in Molesworth, England. A May 27, 1944 Joplin Globe article covered the awarding of the Distinguished Flying Cross to First Lieutenant Wesley V Huguenin along with six other Kansans and seven Missourians.

He served in the USAF until he retired in 1962. Lt Col Wesley V Huguenin lived in Solano County CA until his death.

Wesley Vernon was born in 1916. He passed away in 1995.
