Frank was born in 1873^[1]. The birth notice in the Mount Alexander Mail does not include the place of birth^[2] but a later one in the Argus does^[3].

He married Gladys Lethbridge in 1921^[4]. A marriage notice has not yet been located.

He died in 1948^[5], at Elizabeth Bay Private Hospital^[6].
