Biography

John Ick was born in 1865 in Victoria, Australia, the son of Agnes Mary (Tolmie) Ick and Thomas Ick.^[1]

He married Zilpah "Tot" Dean on 31 August 1910 at Riggs Creek, Victoria.^[2] His brother Charlie Ick and his brother-in-law Tom Dean acted as best men. Their children were:^{[citation needed]}

• Doris May Ick (1913–1943)
• William John Ick (1915–1994)
• David James Ick (1920–1989)

John died on 22 February 1933 in Euroa, Victoria, aged 66 years.^[3]
