was born in January, 1867 [1] or about 1866 [2] in Illinois [1][2][3].
John died at the age of 58 on March 18, 1925 in Gorham, Jackson County, Illinois, USA [citation needed].
John was buried in Goodbread Cemetery in Gorham, Jackson County, Illinois, USA.
He died in the horrible Tri-State Tornado that virtually destroyed Gorham. His infant daughter Marjorie died in his arms. His son Charles Edward and his daughter Wilma died a few days later from injuries.
In 1870 and 1880, Johnathan was living in Kincaid Township, Jackson County, Illinois. [1][2]
John married Sarah A. Long on April 14, 1889 in Jackson County, Illinois, USA. [3]
It does not appear that John and Sarah had any children.
John married Pearl A. Larison about 1906 [7].

Johnathan was enumerated as a son of W. C. Ingram in the census on June 1, 1880 in Kincaid Township, Jackson County, Illinois, as Johnathon Ingram, male, age 14, son, at home, attended school, born IL, parents born IL[2]
"John Ingram" was named as the father of Charles Edward Ingram on Charles' death certificate on March 20, 1925. [5]
"John Ingram" was named as the father of Wilma Ingram on Wilma's death certificate on March 24, 1925. [6]
"John Ingram" was mentioned as the deceased father of Russell Alvin Ingram in his obituary on July 29, 1973.
