Research Notes
Her name is "Lily" on NZ BDM Birth and Death, "Lilly" on NZ BDM Marriage, and on the NZ BDM Birth records of her children; "Lilly" on the legal document of her husband's probate and "Lillian" on her gravestone. I've picked "Lilly" for the Proper Name because Probate files are normally meticulous about correct spelling and names for people, with extra affidavits needed if not accurate.

According to the probate file there is also Owen Leslie Shaw, age 20 in 1941. (He would not make the cutoff of 100 years for NZ BDM Births at the time of writing). No child died in the lifetime of the deceased.

↑ In her affidavit to his husband's probate; see his profile for reference.
↑ NZ BDM Birth search 1880/15894 Ingram / Lily / Lily / John. We are confident this is the correct parents as she has a child named Ingram Shaw. The year is off by one from expected 1881 based on age 64 at death.
↑Ancestry Record 8949 #209422 NZ Birth Index 1880 Folio 3976, "LIly Ingram", "Oct-Nov-Dec 1880", registration place Oxford, New Zealand. The registration district of Oxford would have covered a large part of what is now the Waimakariri district however, so I don't think this should be taken to mean the current town of Oxford
↑ NZ BDM Marriages 1908/5158 Lilly Ingram / Charles Shand. The "Shand" must be a transcription error; the name "Charles Shaw" appears on her gravestone. Again I am reasonably confident in this record as it is the only Bride=Ingram that remotely resembles this couple. And there are five births in NZ BDM to Charles/Lilly starting from 1909.
↑ See attached gravestone photo; it says 64Y but age would actually be 65 based on the 1880 birth record. Unless there is a missing birth record which seems unlikely as there was her sister Maud in Sep-1882.
