Biography

Franklin was born in 1861. He was the son of Owen Isham and Elizabeth Howard. He passed away in 1906.

According to the Utah State Death Certificate, Franklin Howard Isom died from drowning in the Virgin River on 24 March 1906, age 44 years, 7 months, 18 days. He was buried in the Virgin Cemetery, on 25 March 1906.
