Hans Jüttner was born March 2, 1894 in Schmiegel, Posen.
He was a high-ranking functionary in the SS of Nazi Germany who serves as the head of the SS Führungshauptamt (SS Leadership Main Office).
On 17 May 1945, Jüttner was taken prisoner by British forces. In 1948 he was sentenced to 10 years in a labor camp, but on appeal in 1949 the punishment was lowered to 4 years. In 1961 he was a witness for the prosecution in the trial of Adolf Eichmann.
Jüttner was the proprietor of a sanatorium in Bad Tölz, where he died in on 24 May 1965.
