Biography

Frederick was born on 25 November 1893 in Broken Hill New South Wales. He was the son of James & Susan E Jacka.^[1]

Frederick was employed by Western Australia, Railways on 7 September 1912 first as a Wagon cleaner and then as a Fireman .^[2]
