Even though this draft registration dob agrees with the 1900 census record, it is doubtful that it is correct. See below.

Isaac's Marion county typed death certificate has his birth date as 12 Apr 1865. This does not agree with other records and may be subject to someone's memory. On the other hand, the 1875 date causes Ike to be much younger than his wife. Also causes him to be born much later than his siblings. So all put together, it is more likely that his birth date was actually 1865 instead of 1875.

On his d/c his father's name is given as Robert Jackson, born in Monongah and his mother's name is unknown. The informant was Mr. Cecilia J. Jackson - so which was it, Mrs. Cecilia or Mr. Cecil? The handwritten record has the informant was Cecile J. Jackson.
