He married Zeuriah Keith, daughter of Jonathan and Hannah Keith, in Bridgewater on August 20, 1801.[3][4] She died June 11, 1844, aged 62.[5] Their first seven children were born in Bridgewater, but by 1821 they had removed to Winthrop, Maine, where their eighth and youngest child was born:
Mary Keith Jackson, born December 21, 1801; married, September 11, 1827, Job Bartlett; died January 5, 1879.[6][7][8]
