Biography

Jonathan Jackson was born in Ramsay Township, Lanark, Canada West on 29 February 1848. He was a son of Irish immigrant, John Jackson and Scottish immigrant, Margaret Jane Thomlinson.

Jonathan married Letitia Church at Arthur, Wellington, Ontario on 29 March 1875.[1] They had about ten children.

Jonathan passed away in Vancouver, British Columbia on 16 September 1937[2] and was buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Burnaby, British Columbia.[3]
