Biography
Charles Philip Jacobs was born on 3 September 1911 in Malvern, Victoria, Australia, the son of Agnes Lillian Jacobs and Philip Acland Jacobs.[1]
He was married twice, to Susan de Jonghe and to Anne Meyer.[1]
Charles died on 5 June 1996 in Melbourne.[1]
