ii. Mary Jameson was born about 1708 in Omagh, Tyrone County, Ulster Providence, Ireland and died in Voluntown, New London, CT. Church membership granted 3 Nov 1729 with her parents. Named in her father’s will 1734, as first daughter, was not yet married at the distribution of her father’s will 1735.
Research Note: Because there is another family of similar age and name, the marriages that might fit this Mary were researched and found to belong to the children of the other couple, a John Jamison and Abigail Carter (d.1747), 2nd wife Dorothy Pendleton 20 Dec 1748 Stonington. For that John Jamison, a will dated 25 Jun 1756, his Mary (b.1713) is marriage match to the Samuel Clark in 1741, his Margaret (b.1716) is the marriage match to the John Benjamin of Preston in 1740, and their daughter Sarah might be the marriage to James Bundy/Bunda in 1735. This family also had a daughter Abigail (b.1710) and Content (1719-1719). The family resided in Stonington.
