    In the name of God Amen I David Jamison of the county of bourbon and the state of Kentucky being weak in body but sound in mind and memory blessed be God do this 14th day of October 1832 make an constitute and publish this my last will and testament in the manner following viz that is to say my land to be equally divided between my sons Wesley and Thomas to be divided as they may think proper if there is any money or cash notes on hand at my decease they are to be collected for the benefit of my daughters and sons Samuel in the following manner my son Samuel lately got one mayor at $65 at the same time Esther Fleming my daughter's got a mayor at $40 and Sarah lore my daughter got a horse at $65 and my daughter Elizabeth Mosey got one mare at $50 and Rebecca cotton my daughter got one mare at $50 non out of money or cash notes that may be in hand or maybe obtained by petition. I allow them all to be first made equal which will be $65 a piece uh that is those horses that did not amount to $65 I allowed to be made equal out of the cash or notes to $65 and call Lance equally divided between my son Samuel and my four daughters as above name and I will that my son Wesley and Thomas paid to my two grandsons my daughter Margaret cottons sons when of age the sum of $100 each in money or good property and my black man Anderson and my black woman Susan I will free at my death and I will that my son Wesley shall be guardian for Anderson to see him justified in his contracts and further what yet remains of my property if any at my death such as horses hogs furniture of any kind whatever to be sold and thrown into the common stock to be divided amongst my sons my son Samuel and my four daughters as before named after my son John makes a choice of any of my horses that may remain at my death and I will my bamboo staff to foster Collins and I make and ordain foster Collins and my son Wesley Jamison my soul executors without giving security for the intent and purpose of this my last will and testament.
