Biography

Inger Johannesdatter Nakken was born in Volda and baptized on 22 Mar 1755.[1] She was the daughter of Johannes Paulsen and Kari Jonsdatter.

Inger married Knud Olsen Haugen on 20 Nov 1772 in Volda.[2][3] Their children were:

  1. Ole Knudsen (1774–1841)
  2. Sisilia Gurine Knudsdatter (1784–1849)

In the 1801 census Inger Johannesdatter (age 46) lived at Hougen in Wolden (Volda).[4] She lived with her husband Knud Olsen and children Ole Knudsen and Sissilia Knudsdatter.

She was buried on 5 Jun 1808 in Volda.[5] The age given on her burial record was 53 years.
