Daisy (Jones) Peoples is a part of US Black heritage.

OBITUARY:

"Daisy Peoples was born to the parents of Leroy Jones, Sr. and Rosa Lee Tanner Jones in Cheneyville, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana Public Schools in Rapides Parish. She united with New Leaf Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. She met and married Mr. Cleveland Peoples in the City of Dallas who preceded her in death. Her Mother also preceded her in death.

"Those left to cherish her memory: daughter, Bobbie Jo Jones; grandsons, Ervin Jones, Byron Jones; sisters: Leona Johnson of New Orleans, LA; Deloris White, Cora Reed, Shirley Rosenberg of Dallas, TX; Doris Davis (Milton), Mildred Davis (Bennie) of Houston, TX; brothers: Leroy Jones, Jr. (Shirley) of Houston, TX, Clinton Jones (Joyce), Edwin Rosenberg of Houston, Tx and Johnnie Jones of Charles City, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends."^[2]
