Biography
Eugenie was born about 1785. She was a daughter of Michel Judice & Jeanne Croiset. She married Louis D. Blouin in 1805. They had 4 children together. After Louis's death in 1819, she married Conway Armstrong on 24 Dec 1824. Eugenie died in 1845.
