When Euphemia Phoebe Kagan was born in 1863 in New Jersey, her father, Adam Apgar Kagan (1814-abt.1890) was 49, and her mother, Elizabeth Fritts (Hill) Kagan (1816-1891), was 47. [1]
Phoebe married Benjamin Trebilcock 1 Nov 1881 in Succasunna, Morris County, New Jersey.[2] They made their home in Bedminster Twp/Peapack Salem, then Morris COunty, New jersey.
