Oscar was born in 1901. He was the son of General Keeth and Louisa West. He passed away in 1977.
In the 1910 census Oscar (age 9) was the son of Jekesal S Keith in Richwoods, Miller, Missouri, United States.[1]
In the 1920 census Oscar (age 19) was the single son of Seigel Keeth in Richwoods Township, Miller, Missouri, United States.[2]
In the 1950 census Oscar (age 47), Ceal Electrician, was the married head of household in St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri, United States.[3]
Oscar died (age 76) in June 1977 residing in Missouri.[4]
