Loran Kellough, son of William Kellough and Ann Sachaw was born 5 March 1859 in Ontario, Canada. E. Loran Kellough and Mary H R Dart were married about 1884. [1] He was a private detective on 7 Apr 1891 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and had worked for the Canadian Pacific Railroad as a detective. [2][3] He went to live in Chicago about 1892 and by 1900, he was naturalized and working as a janitor. [4] Loran died 16 Jan 1910 in Chicago at 5616 State Street. His occupation was given as packer of merchandise, Detective PI. He was buried in Oak Woods Cemetery, Chicago.
