In 1910, Joseph, an infant, was the youngest of three children in the home of Charles and Fannie. The family was living in Macon, Alabama where his father was an accounting clerk.[1]
In 1920, Joseph (10) and his two brothers, Charles (11) and Jack (7), were boarders in the home of Furman Sales in Tuskegee, Alabama.[2] In 1930, Paul was living with an aunt and uncle (Katie (Mickens) Mack) in Tuskegee.[3]
Joseph Paul Kelly (age 24) married Amanda Lee Walker (age 24) on 27 December 1932 in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States. Joseph was the son of Chas G Kelly and Fannie Mickens.[4]
In 1940 Joseph and Amanda and their two children, Muriel (5) and Arthur (1) were living at Talladega College in Talladega, Alabama where Joseph was a physician.[5]
By the 1950 the family had relocated to Morristown, New Jersey where J Paul would continue his medical practice.[6]
Joseph died in 1979 and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.[7]
