KILFOYLE-GRIFFITH. A quiet, but pretty wedding was celebrated on 26th August by the Rev. Douglas, of Gilgandra, when Alice May, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Griffith, "Glenloth, Eumungerie, was married to Cecil Laurence, second son of Mr. and Mrs. Kilfoyle, of "Doris Vale," Tooraweenah.

They had a son and a daughter.

He worked for Dubbo Municipal Council in their Electrical Department.

He had been a patient at Dubbo Base Hospital from 3/8/1948 after suffering a mental breakdown and he committed suicide at his home. There was an inquest into his death.

He is buried in Old Dubbo Cemetery. Headstone has his age as 46.
