Biography

Homer J. Kilts was born on September 18, 1867 in Ava, Oneida, New York, United States, son of Jacob Kilts (1829–>1910) and Humility Daniels (1839–1885).[1]

In 1870, Homer (2) Kilts was in the household of Jacob Kilts. [2]

In 1880, Homer (12) was in the household of his father, Jacob, in Ava, Oneida, New York. [3]

Homer (24) married Cora P. Coppersmith (18) (born in April, 1874 in New York) on August 18, 1892 in Rome, Oneida. Their son was Leo Jacob Kilts (1893– ).

In 1900, Homer (32) was living in Redfield, Oswego, New York with his wife Cora. [4]

In 1910, Homer J (42) was living in Lee, Oneida County. [5]

In 1920, Homer (52) was living with his wife Cora in Oneida County [6]

In 1930, Homer J (62) Kille was living in Oriskany Falls, Oneida. [7]

In 1940, Homer J (72) Kilts and Cora R Kilts were living in Oriskany Falls. [8]

Homer died on April 17, 1953 in Rome, Oneida, aged 85. He was buried in Hillside Cemetery, Oriskany Falls.[1]
