Biography

When Stephen Kimball was born on February 10, 1740/41, in Scituate, Rhode Island, his father, Joseph Kimball, was 37 and his mother, Mary (Graves) Kimball, was 38. He married Miriam Howland about 1760. They had nine children in 17 years. He died on February 23, 1791, in his hometown, at the age of 51, and was buried there.
