Friday April 29,1785 Benjamin Kimball acknowledged a deed to James Kimball also a deed to David Kimball the sane was ordered to be registered.[4]
Aug.14,1768,Warren ,North Carolina,David Kimaball was a witness to a transaction of goods ,from Richard Blanton to James Kimball. Mortgage on furniture,tool's ,horse and secure 100 pds. John Nicholson paid the security. William Limball was also witness.[5]
In the 1790 Warren County, North carolina census, David had 1 slave.[6]
David apparently sold his property in 1807, when in Warren County, North Carolina. David Kimbell to Benjamin Kimbell Jr. (this is his son) a gift of good will and affection, of sixty two acres inWarren County. Proved by Edmund Kimbell, August Court, 1807.[7]
He moved to Georgis before 1838.

To Benjamin Kimball and John Kimbell, lot of land in Dist. #2, Muscogee County, #4, with whatI have heretofore given to said Benjamin. To my son Christopher, one cupboard; to my son Gideon, now deceased, $5.00; to my three grandsons, the heirs of Thomas Kimbell, deceased, $150. To my son Ransom, $5 and what already received. To mys on Robert, $250. To my son David, $5 and what already received. My Negro man, Berry, to be sold at public outcry and money distributed among my legatees. After paying my just debts, any money remaining to be distributed equally between heirs of my son Gideon. Appoint Christopher and David Kimbell Executors. Witness Duncon McVicker, William L. Kimbell, Nathan W. Peters. Probated July Term, 1840. Recorded 9 July 1840. William L. Gordon, clerk.
