He married Delores Irene Slack on May 7, 1966 in New Castle, Pennsyvania, United States, and they divorced on August 13, 1971 in Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[2]
He married Vivian Lucille Sayers on August 27, 1971 in Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[3]
He died on 12 August 1976, in Tazewell, Tazewell, Virginia, United States, at the age of 35 from a self-inflicted gun shot wound,[4] and was buried in Greenhills Memory Gardens, Claypool Hill, Tazewell, Virginia, United States.[5]
