Biography
Joel was born in 1813 to Robert and Bridget (Morgan) King.
In 1835, he married Emeline Barnes, daughter of Phineas and Abigail (Smith) Barnes. They had eight children:[1]
- Sylvester Morgan (b-1836)
- Camilla Abigail (b-1838, d-1848)
- Edward Howard (b-1841)
- Ellen (b-1845) married Hoffman
- Rosanah (b-1847, d-1851)
- Joel Barnes (b-1849)
- Alice (b-1852) married Lowell
- Emma (b-1856) married Mitchell
Joel died in 1890.
