Raymond J Klapperich was born in the town of New Holstein on June 30, 1906, a son of the late Anton and Anna Gosz Klapperich. He had two brothers and two sisters. On May 24, 1932 he married the former Valeria Woelfel at St. Martin Catholic Church, Charlestown. on 30 June 1906 in New Holstein, Wisconsin, USA. For 24 years he was employed by Kohler Co. retiring Jan. 26 this year. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, New Holstein, and its Holy Name Society, and a charter member of the New Holstein Historical Society. He died at age 66, of 1803 Van Buren St., New Holstein, Saturday at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton, after an illness of one month. Survivors include his widow; a son, Anthony of Kaukauna, a daughter, Mrs. Philip (Delores) Meadows of Boyd; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Emil of Waldo and Richard of Fond du Lac, and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Gleason of Two Rivers and Mrs. Robert Leach of Stockbridge.
