In the 1940 census Velta (age 24), Maid, was the wife of Clare Clough in Mount Morris, Genesee, Michigan.[5]

Velta was in a military record on 16 Oct 1940.[6]

Velta's husband Clare Clough died and had a funeral in 26 April 1946 in Unionville, Michigan, United States.[7]
